João Armentano

One of Brazil's leading architects, João Armentano is celebrated for his bold and innovative approach to architecture and interior design.

A graduate of Brás Cubas University in São Paulo, his passion for architecture has been shaped by extensive global travel, where he absorbed different styles and cultural influences. Armentano's philosophy rejects the notion of a home as a mere showcase, instead emphasising spaces that reflect the unique identity of their occupants and foster meaningful connections between family and friends. His commitment to creating environments that combine functionality with personality extends to his work with Roca, creating the Horizon basin collection.

Horizon

Architect João Armentano designs the countertop washbasin collection for Roca. His inspiration was the purity of the universe of architecture that expresses his view of cities, geometry and the play of shadows and lights. The Horizon Geometric and Horizon Skyline 80 models won the Red Dot Design Award in the Product Design category.
