Every great design hinges on the finer details. From subtle curves to the perfect choice of materials, these elements have the power to transform an ordinary object into something extraordinary. The Tura Collection, designed by Andreu Carulla, exemplifies this philosophy by blending functionality with aesthetic appeal, offering new design possibilities for bathroom spaces.
Drawing inspiration from Barcelona’s 20th century architecture, this collection is infused with the spirit of the city’s leading visionary architects. With sleek lines and geometric elegance, Tura includes washbasins, furniture, complements, bathtubs, toilets, and bidets. The name ‘Tura’ is a nod to culture and architecture, derived from the Spanish words “cul-tura” and “arquitec-tura”.
The elegant design of wooden shutters filtering sunlight inspires the collection’s linear design and the play of light and shadow on surfaces. The large washbasin’s lateral shelf, slatted shelves in the furniture units and the ribbed lines on the cork lids of the felt storage boxes all reflect this aesthetic.
The bathtub’s unique stacked design, inspired by architectural structures, creates an illusion of a floating bathtub. Its ergonomic offers a balance of stability and weightlessness. A wooden tray, fitting into the upper rim of the bathtub, adds understated luxury, redefining the bathing experience.
Toilets and bidets in this collection resemble small sculpted ceramic buildings with graceful curves. Available in wall-hung, floorstanding, or close-coupled models, they combine style and sophistication with innovative Roca Rimless® Vortex technology, enhancing user experience by minimising noise and reducing water consumption.
Innovation in materials drives the new designs within the Tura Collection. Stonex® enables the creation of ultra-thin curved bathtubs and stackable toilet and bidet outlines. Supraglaze® glazing resists dirt adhesion, ensuring hygiene and simplifying cleaning.
The bold, modern washbasins feature an innovative in-sink drain that blends seamlessly with the ceramic basin, providing added surface space without complicated plumbing. Asymmetrical washbasins integrate effortlessly into modular furniture units, creating a striking design with softened edges and a combination of volumes.

Tura’s bathroom accessories are designed to adapt to modern living needs. Recycled felt boxes can be placed in the bathroom furniture cabinets or used on any shelf in the house. The lid doubles as a tray for soap and other items, while the portable boxes are perfect for storing or carrying items inside and outside the home.
The furniture units offer versatile storage possibilities with configurations including one or two doors, single or double drawers, open compartments, and options for slatted or flat wood shelving. The flexibility is highlighted in both ultra-compact and double-wide models, ensuring a profound sense of depth through a harmonious interplay of squares and rectangles. Warm and rich tones like light noble grey, light terracotta, light elm and off-white, ensures a timeless aesthetic fitting for any bathroom.
Sustainability is a core principle of the Tura Collection, from material choices and innovative technologies for water and energy usage to packaging considerations. The collection embraces recyclable ceramics, sustainable materials, and non-plastic, recyclable packaging. Innovations like the Stonex® material help reduce emissions throughout the product’s life cycle.
Unexpected elements, including Spanish felt sourced from recycled carpets and cork from shoe sole manufacturing, provide a captivating visual dynamic and a soft and inviting tactile experience with exceptional stain and mildew resistance. The collection also features grey fabric headrests for bathtubs, crafted from recycled outdoor fabrics that are quick-drying and machine-washable.
Tura captures the essence of Barcelona’s iconic mid-century architecture with its understated nuances and perceptive design. Its design balances playfulness with formal elegance and combines rationality with innovation, resulting in an inspired bathroom collection that transcends the everyday and captures the imagination.
