Rising boldly above Kota Kinabalu’s skyline, Jesselton Twin Towers redefines luxury living in East Malaysia. The 56-storey twin spires, situated in the city’s coveted Golden Triangle, are a sculptural tribute to the surrounding natural beauty—mirroring mountain silhouettes and rainforest canopies, with a glowing rooftop reminiscent of a coastal lighthouse.

Inside, luxury is expressed through sophisticated spaces and indulgent amenities. From design to durability, the Roca products featured in the bathrooms and kitchens of all residences perfectly complement the Tower’s affluent style. The two-storey Sky Club—perched on levels 54 and 55—offers a sky bar, private lounges, a library, and 360° panoramic views of Mount Kinabalu and Likas Bay. On the 10th floor, resort-style living unfolds with a saltwater lap pool, sauna, dance studio, gym, and children's zones. With 819 stylish residences, from studios to penthouses, Jesselton Twin Towers offers a rare blend of architectural elegance, lifestyle convenience, and enviable high-profile sophistication.

High-Level Living in a Dynamic Malaysian City

The Jesselton Twin Towers represent a symbol of progress and contemporary living in Malaysia and Roca satisfied the demands of the project at every step. With their perfectly proportioned design and sinuous, soft curves, Roca’s WC collections including the Nexo, Meridian-N wall-hung WC and the Gap wall-hung WC, with soft-closing seat and cover, were the ideal solution in the bathroom spaces. To create a luxurious shower experience, Roca provided the round Rainsense overhead shower and the Stella hand-shower. The choice of chrome finish fixtures, including the shower and basin mixers and shower arms and bath spouts, paired beautifully with the marble walls and colour tones found in the bathrooms. The shower experience also includes the Virginia bath, whose voluminous oval form provides comfort and style for every bathroom.

The Inspira Fineceramic® countertop basin exemplifies the considered design features throughout the residential property. Its thin, elegant shape is also durable and easy to clean. Overcountertop basins were the preferred style in the Twin Tower bathrooms, and other collections featured include the Roca Bol countertop basin, the Element-S countertop basin and the Roca Diverta semi-recessed wash basin, which fits snugly with the countertop.

Along with providing products of premium materials and qualities that aligned with the tower’s lifestyle demands, Roca reconfirmed its committed presence in the Malaysian and East Asia markets. Roca’s ability to respond to large-scale residential developments with logistical and technical consistency underscores its commitment to elevating everyday living.
