The Bridge is a landmark architectural project in Warsaw's Plac Europejski district, designed by the Dutch firm UN Studio in partnership with Polsko Belgijska Pracownia Architektury and Ghelamco, a leading investor and developer in Poland’s commercial sector. Roca partnered on the bathroom spaces of this striking 174-metre, 40-floor glass skyscraper that merges with Bellona, an historic former printing factory.
Sustainability is central to The Bridge's identity. Certified BREEAM Excellent, WELL Gold, WELL Health Safety, SmartScore and WiredScore — the first commercial property in Central and Eastern Europe to achieve the latter two. Roca delivered bathroom solutions that adhered to the high-standards of sustainability and echo the building's architectural character. Shared spaces feature water-saving L-30 Electronic faucets with Access wall-hung basins, toilets and grab bars, and client office bathrooms include L-20 Electronic faucets. Refined and timeless, the bathrooms are built for longevity — making Roca the ideal partner for this unique blend of heritage and contemporary design.
